Mini City is designed for children 0–12 years old. Babies, toddlers, and big kids all have dedicated play areas for safe fun.

Monday–Thursday:
One adult per family or group may enter to help little ones (ages 1–5) explore or provide brief assistance.

Play Structures:
Play areas are designed for children only. Adults may not go down slides or use play features and should enter only when necessary to assist.

Weekends:
Due to higher attendance, access to play structures is limited to children only to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

Age Considerations:
Children over age 5 are typically more independent, so adult entry is reserved for younger guests who need extra support.
Parents of older children may not enter the play structure unless an approved accommodation is arranged.

Supervision:
Our team provides general supervision; however, parents must remain nearby and attentive at all times.

Grip Socks:
Mini City grip socks are required for all adults entering the play area.

Yes! Mini City Grip socks are required for all guests inside the play areas for safety.

If you forget them, they’re available for purchase at check-in.

Your play session allows you to enjoy Mini City during your reserved time slot.

Absolutely. We have a dedicated toddler-only area designed just for little ones 5 and under.

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, children (and adults) must be fully dry and dressed in regular clothing to enter MiniCity. Swimwear, wet clothing, or damp towels are not permitted inside. While we’re excited to be located near the wave/surf pool, MiniCity is a dry, indoor environment designed for clean, creative play. Please ensure your child is dry and appropriately dressed before visiting.

Yes. All participants must have a signed waiver on file before entering. You can complete the waiver online in advance or on-site at check-in. We recommend filling it out beforehand to speed up your entry process.

Mini City has a café on-site where you can purchase snacks, and drinks during your visit.

We recommend comfortable, play-friendly clothing.

Please note: grip socks are required for play structure/ toddler area.

Children in wet clothing or swimwear from the pool area will not be allowed inside. Guests must be fully dry and dressed in regular attire.

For safety reasons, MiniCity is not a drop-off facility. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times during their visit.

The Lego Wall is ideal for kids aged 4 and up. It’s designed to be fun and accessible for toddlers, preschoolers, and even older children who love to build and create.

Yes! The wall-mounted board is sturdy and built with safety in mind. All bricks and components are child-safe and designed for easy grip by little hands.

No need! MiniCity provides all the bricks needed for play. Just bring your imagination! Our station is fully stocked and ready for building fun.

While creations are meant to stay and inspire others, kids are welcome to take photos of their masterpieces before they unbuild and rebuild again.

Absolutely! The Lego Wall encourages problem-solving, fine motor skills, and open-ended creativity, making it a perfect example of MiniCity’s mission to support play with purpose.

The play structure is recommended for ages 6–12. Children outside this age range are welcome to explore if they feel comfortable and confident.

Please note that two slides inside the play structure have height requirements of 42 inches and 48 inches for safety reasons.

Yes, all kids must wear MiniCity grip socks.

Parents are responsible for supervision, but staff monitor the area for safety.

It’s sanitized daily and spot-cleaned throughout the day.

For cleanliness and safety, shoes are not permitted in the toddler area or inside the play structure. Parents may enter these areas wearing Mini socks only.

Outside food, drinks, and cakes are not permitted for unbooked parties.

Outside food and cake are only allowed with a reserved party package.

We handle all the cleanup so you can relax and enjoy.

It’s challenging but adjustable for different skill levels.

Yes, trained staff supervise and assist as needed.

Comfortable athletic clothing and they must wear MiniCity grippy socks.

Yes. Mini City grippy socks are required for all guests using the Super Climber.

For safety reasons, adults are not permitted on the Super Climber or airbag. If your child needs help or gets stuck, please ask a team member and we’ll be happy to assist.
